Free to employers. No hiring obligation. Backed by HERO House NW in Everett.

When a position sits open, shifts go unworked, and the gaps get filled by you or your already stretched team. Hiring takes time and money, and there's no guarantee the next hire stays.

You didn't start your business to spend your days chasing coverage.

HERO House Everett is a supportive clubhouse community where members build skills, confidence, and work experience. Through HERO Partners, we match prepared members with local employers who need reliable coverage, and we stay involved every step of the way.

Our Everett clubhouse opened its doors in 2019, and since then we have supported over 100 individuals within our community, with more than half of our members utilizing our employment placement programs.
