The Business Unit:

Members Run Reception

The Business Unit is the clubhouse's front office. Members welcome visitors at reception, can schedule tours, help staff with orientations, and keep daily operations running. They also collaborate to write and design our monthly newsletter, create our calendar, and shape how HERO House Everett shows up in the community.

What members do here: 

  • Write the monthly newsletter 

  • Create the monthly calendar 

  • Update the website 

  • Manage the reception desk 

  • Track attendance 

  • Contribute to grant writing 

  • Design printed materials

These are the same skills employers look for: communication, organization, customer service, and teamwork. Members build these skills here and take them into the workplace.
